Actively participates in all aspects of each client's treatment plan, implement each client's treatment plan. Develop therapeutic relationships with each client in residence through varied interactions. Meet the physical needs of the youth. Provides for the safety and security of all clients in care at all times, informing appropriate people if concerns are noted. Completes all required administrative and paperwork tasks. Will supervise house activities and routines. Will assume responsibility for assigned tasks normally done during a particular shift when working that shift. Hours will vary depending on program needs.
Minimum Requirements: BA/BS in human services field required, experience preferred. Primary driver preferred. This job has minimum training requirements that must be met and will be discussed upon interview.
