Interested person will provide direct care to the residents of the home by following resident’s individual plan of care and policy and procedures, which emphasizes non- aversive, positive programming and interactions. Provides support services for the residents and the facility. Transports/accompanies residents to school, meals, and activities, operates facility vehicles as qualified and required. Completes required administrative and client paperwork. Person will be responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the home property and vehicle.
Minimum Qualifications: Min. of 21 years of age. BA/BS in social services or related field preferred. Experience in residential care preferred. Must be cleared through the Dept. of Human Resources Child Abuse & Neglect Registry as well as the ABI/FBI. Must be certified or certifiable in CPR, 1st Aid, MCS and MAC. Must have a valid AL driver's license and be insurable through agency insurer.
