Responsible for the programmatic behavior management services for individuals served. Completes and/or monitors the completion of administrative and clinical related paperwork. Oversees the training of staff in behavior plans, data collection and behavior management. Head Behavior Support Committee and represent Adult services on Rights and Responsibility Ethics committee.
Minimum Reqirements: MA degree in Human Services Field with a concentration in behavior analysis. BCABA or BCBA preferred; licensed eligible . 2 yrs. exp in behavior analysis, 2 yrs. exp. working with individuals with disabiltities, ability to analyze and display data, experience writing behavior plans and training staff on behavior plans, valid AL driver's license and driving record that meets agency insurer requirements. Certified or certifiable in CPR, 1st Aide, MCS and MAC. Must pass clearance through the ABI/FBI as well as the Child Abuse and Neglect Registry.
