Interested person must be able to perform maintenance on facilities and equipment. Must have experience with basic electrical wiring and installation of plugs, ballasts, etc. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment. Complete basic plumbing repairs, and experience in carpentry.
Minimum Requirements: Must be 21 years of age of older, have a valid AL driver's license and driving record acceptable by insuring agent. Must have own basic tools, 1 year commercial experience in carpentry, plumbing, basic electrical, heating, cooling, and basic auto mechanics. Must be able to read, write, follow written instructions, and verbal directions. Must pass a social, criminal history background check as well clearance through the DHR Child Abuse and Neglect Registry.
